The Office Administrator role is responsible for providing all administrative requirements and needs of Original Finance (Pty) Ltd. (trading as Orifin).

Responsible For
The role will have some of the duties derived from or overlap between a receptionist and the company secretary for operational and compliance purposes: - Be the friendly face of the office or the company, - Assisting clients or consumers coming in the office, - General filing in the office, - Responsible for office stationary, consumables, cash float or any other petty cash requirements, - Offer administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and/or the CEO, - Maintenance of the journals (Cash receipt and cash payment journals), - Administrative assistance to Consultants and other employees, - Payroll and employee records administration, - Invoices and payments, - Data capturing, - Telephonic engagements with clients or consumers if necessary. - Credit accounts update and liaison with credit bureau, - Accounts payable and receivable (creditors and debtors) management, - Company administrative duties, liaison with affiliated or relevant regulator bodies (such as CIPC, NCR & SARS) and ensuring registration with these is maintained, - All other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by or on behalf of the company in connection with its business.
